Peggy Elkins, 84, San Rafael, CA, passed away on January 01, 2023 joining her beloved son and family in heaven with her loving Lord and savior.
Peggy, was born on July 18, 1938 to Onie Agnes and John Lawrence in a small town in Oklahoma. Being the youngest of eight children she immediately brought joy into the world through her sweet spirit and demeanor. Peggy went on to graduate from high school receiving a full …
