Peggy's obituary
Peggy was born on June 10th, 1952 to James and Barbara South in Springfield, OH and was the eldest of three siblings. She attended Springfield South High School and later in life graduated from Keiser College in Melbourne, FL with an Associates Degree in Accounting.
Peggy loved a great many things in life. She loved music of the 50's, 60's, 70's and 80's; going to the drive in movies; going fishing and camping; playing bingo; her bowling league; attending wrestling matches; breakfast at Perkin's; travelling to Illinois and Florida; playing video games, especially Tetris and Dr. Mario; building puzzles; painting ceramics; crossword puzzles and word finds; playing Yatzee!, Uno and Skip Bo; going to flea markets and garage sales; going to Nascar races; playing Tri Peaks Solitaire and hidden object games on Pogo; the color purple; a good cup of coffee in the morning; too many foods to list; drinker of Pepsi; her family and friends; and being a fiercely protective grandmother and great-grandmother.
Peggy is proceeded in death by her parents, James and Barbara South and her beloved husband, Frelan Collett. She is survived by brother James South and his wife Olga South; sister Patricia Reed; children Cathy Gregory, Cindy Plemons and Frelan "TC" Collett; grandchildren Mandi, Erika, Kyesha, Erin, Nick, Stevie, Mikey, Shawn, Kalei, Alex, Abby and Zach; great grandchildren Ricky, Elena, Elias, Adrian, Olivia, Jasper, Salem and great grand baby number 8; Nieces Yara and Sheena, Nephews James and his son Noah; extended family Tasha, Corey, Kevin, Terrell, Juan and Christine; and last but not least, all of the Collett nieces and nephews by marriage.
No service are planned by her wishes. She asked that everyone remembers the good times with her and to wear something purple in her memory.
