Pearl "Mama" Aiardo, 89, of Hillside, IL, sadly passed away on October 24, 2022. Pearl, born on July 3, 1933, to Ivan and Gladys Smith in Lancing, Michigan, immediately brought joy and laughter into the world. Pearl was the beloved wife of Christy Aiardo Sr., who passed away in 1987. She was the fearless mother of Christy Aiardo Jr., Donna Maltzhann, MaryAnn McCoy, James "Jimmy" Aiardo, Tammy Wrona, Kim Matthews, and Johnie Ortiz. She was a grandmother and great-grandmother to many who will never forget her.

No Services will be held as the family has decided to cremate Pearl and spread her ashes respectfully over her late husband's (Christy Aiardo Sr.) gravesite. Pearl was an unforgettable woman whose free-spirited memory will continue to live on.
