My heart just aches for the Oestreich family…I was devastated when I heard the news of Payton’s passing!  I broke out crying in the Menards store just because I saw a sympathy card section!!  

It’s so hard to lose someone you love and no words can take away the sadness you feel but I want to tell you that I care very much for your family and you are in my thoughts.  I use to call Payton Gummybear when he was little, he was just the sweetest thing!!  I have only the fondest memories of him and the years our families spent together.  I hope with time, the fond memories of Payton will bring you comfort. ❤️

I just saw this and am shocked. I remember being in classes with Payton in High School. I remember him as an incredibly funny and kind person to be around. My thoughts and prayers are with the whole Oestreich family.

Oh Sally,  I'm so very sad for you losing your baby boy. There are no words...you probably already know that...I will still try to send you comforting words and prayers 🙏 I don't know that it ever stops being unbearably painful...I just know breathing becomes almost impossible but my friend do breathe.  Love you honey, Susie Nelson
