Paulette Powell was born on October 23, 1970, in Chicago, Illinois to Leona Powell who was born in Helena, Arkansas February 5, 1954. Paulette died on November 13, 1970, in Cook, Illinois, within a year of her birth.

Paulette was preceded in death by her uncle: Leroy Powell, uncle: Lorenzo Powell, aunt: Jearl Dean Powell and cousin: Charlie Chaffie Jr. who all passed on in Helena, Arkansas and had burials in St. Peter Cemetery before her family relocated to Chicago, IL.. And her great grand father: Jettie Williams who also passed on in Helena, Arkansas.

A. A. Rayner And Sons funeral home in Chicago, IL held services for Paulette and her burial was Nov 20, 1970 in Burr Oak Cemetery in Alsip, Illinois.

Paulette is survived by her mother and host of family and friends to mourn her passing.
