Paula Janet Ruiz, of Benicia, CA, passed away peacefully on December 30th after a 2-year battle with kidney disease.
Paula was born on September 15th, 1934 to John and Agnes Bonilla in Hawaii. After graduating from President Theodore Roosevelt High School in Honolulu, Hawaii, she went on to work various jobs at Naval Station Pearl Harbor, the local Honolulu bowling alley and even becoming a pilot for the Hawaiian Civil Service.
