A Memorial & Celebration of Life will be held for Paula Sweeney on September 21st 2021 in Crawfordsville, Indiana.
We are planning to host the event at Creekside Lodge - 613 Lafayette Ave, Crawfordsville, IN 47933. But we ask that you please check back the week of September August 15th to confirm the address, as the location may change depending on the number of expected guests. If the event is relocated, it will still be in the Crawfordsville/Waveland area on August 21st from 2-4 pm.
Please let us know if you plan on attending.
*In lieu of sending flowers to her memorial, we ask that you consider donating to one of the charities our mother supported: Feeding Tampa Bay or Metropolitan Ministries of Tampa, Florida.
