Paul's obituary
Paul Theidus Williams was born November 23, 1983 in Sacramento, California and the oldest of three siblings by his late mother Michelle Yvette Williams. From birth Paul was full of love, kindness, and incredibly smart. You could count on Paul to make you laugh out loud with his enormous sense of humor. He was an avid reader and embodied a great spirit of benevolence. Paul would give everything he had to help someone else because he truly believed God would always bless him with more.
In Paul’s early twenties, he became an ordained minister, leading many associates to Jesus Christ. He held a deep reverence for the Word of God and would quickly express his faith to anyone who would listen. Paul was known to have the answers with a detailed plan, for any problem you presented him with. He took heavy interest in law, and studied independently acquiring several certifications, with hopes to become an official paralegal for a Criminal Defense Attorney. Paul’s passion for righteous justice, fueled him to help others advocate their rights within the court system. These efforts gave him a deeper sense of purpose in life.
Paul also enjoyed creating with his hands. He was blessed with the opportunity to be an excavation worker. He very quickly became a standout employee, surpassing his colleagues in production levels for projects in the Coachella Valley. Paul was also apart of a first responder team, supporting fire departments extinguish wildfires throughout California.
Above all, Paul believed in family and living a life of peace. Although he enjoyed Hip Hop, his favorite past time was listening to the K Love station and watching movies. He loved to go walking and was known around the Sacramento community for his respectable approach, sweet smile and gentle giant disposition.
After over a decade of battling heart failure, Paul passed away Wednesday, November 20, 2024. He is preceded in death by his Mother Michelle Yvette Williams and youngest Sister Glinda Yvette Horne. He leaves behind to honor his legacy of humility and genuine Light, his father Dr. Robert Sneed, sister Shiena, and nephew Jaevon Christian Lee (Glinda), along with a hosts of uncles, aunts, cousins and friends that he loves unconditionally.
“Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God.
Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God.
Blessed are those who have been persecuted for the sake of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed are you when people revile you and persecute you and say all kinds of evil against you falsely, on account of Me.
Rejoice and be glad, for your reward in heaven is great! For in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you.
You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden.”
Matthew 5:8-12, 14 TLV
