It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Paul Sitowski, a loving father, brother, and grandfather. Paul was born on the 16th of March, 1951, and peacefully departed from this life on the 16th of October, 2025.

Paul is survived by his beloved son Ethan Sitowski and dearly cherished daughter Kathy Lajoice. He was a doting grandfather to Greg Sitowski and Zane Lajoice. His brother, Will Sitowski also survives him. Family was always important to him, a lesson he often emphasized and lived by.

In 2004, Paul made a home in St. Ignace, MI, where he established strong bonds with the local community. His polite and gentle demeanor was appreciated by many. He was known for his love of outdoor recreational activities such as fishing and hunting. His fondness for card games was known to all, providing both leisure and warmhearted competition within the family and amongst friends.

With a deep-seated passion for music, The Beatles were always at the top of his play list. Paul often lost himself in their melodies and harmonies, finding comfort and joy in their timeless classics. One of his favorite local spots was Mackinac Island, where he spent countless hours soaking in the serenity and natural beauty it offered.

Paul's life was marked by kindness, resilience, and devotion to his family. His legacy will live on in the hearts and minds of his loved ones. His gentle spirit, love for his family, and the wisdom he imparted will be deeply missed.
