Sending Paul's family warm wishes for peace, and hopes that memories of time spent together will provide comfort in the weeks & months ahead. With love from another member of Paul's genealogy community.
Paul will be greatly missed. So many great memories. We will be thinking of him as we watch the upcoming solar eclipse.
Our sincerest condolences to Paul's family and friends. Paul was the Editor of the Michigan Genealogicial Council's newsletter until this past fall. He was an enthusiastic and helpful support to our whole state in sharing his love of genealogy and family research. He will be missed and we offer our sympathy to everyone who loved him. Judy Nimer Muhn, President of the Michigan Genealogical Council

Condolences to the family.    I met Paul first at Waterford Genealogical Society, and then have had the privilege of working with him  on the board of  the Michigan Germanic Genealogy Society, where he served as President and was working hard to re-vitalize the group.  He will be sorely missed.
Paul you were always so nice and caring.  You and Cookie have been there for so many events in my life. You will be deeply missed.  Sending my love to the whole family.

We are so sorry for your loss.  Paul was just such a nice, considerate person and so intelligent. I always enjoyed chatting with him when I had the opportunity. Your family is in our thoughts and prayers.
Sending my condolences to Paul’s family. Paul and I worked together for a short time and he was always so fun to joke around with and very eager to help anyone who needed it!
So sorry to hear this. I knew Paul through the Waterford Genealogical Society and Mi Gen. Council. He was so willing to help others and took on lots of projects because of his vast knowledge about so many things. He’ll be missed.
I met Paul via Zoom meetings when I was President of Michigan Genealogical Council (MGC). I considered Paul a friend. We served together on MGC, Michigan Germanic Genealogical Society(MiGGS), and Michigan History Day. We communicated via Zoom, email, and phone. I wish I had met him in person. If I was in Lansing, he wasn't and vice versa. I will remember Paul for his passion to genealogy and helping others via the MGC newsletter, President of MIGGS, and judging Michigan History Day. His loss will be felt throughout the genealogical community. I hope you are busy visiting with ancestors. Rest in Peace, Paul
I was very young when I met Paul. It’s hard to  pick a favorite. He was always so silly and  made me laugh!  I think my favorite memory of Paul is when he bought a riding mower and rode it all the way home ❤️  This world won’t be the same without you Paul! 💔
Our hearts are broken.  Our prayers are with you all.  We love you.
