I met Paul through a coaching class. He and I did practice coaching sessions together. Although I only knew Paul for a short time he treated me like he had known me for a long time. His kindness and encouragement stays with me to this day. What a precious Jewel. My heart goes out to his family. May you continue to remember the good times as you receive comfort during this time. I extend prayers and hugs your way.

I remember Paul shared with me his fear that the Sun would go out and that he would wake up in the middle of the night and look for the moon and then agonize for 8 minutes before he could know the sun was still burning. In the same way his light has gone out and I did not know for quite some time. I will remember Paul whenever listening to Daniel Amos a music we both enjoyed. Paul was in leadership at an early age and was one of the founders of the Christian Club at Boca Raton Community High School. The world is a little bit dimmer now.

Paul was such a good person, leadership coach and mentor.   I am so thankful for the time I was able to spend learning from Paul.  He helped me in many ways, I trusted him and appreciated his honesty and friendship.   Paul just loved helping others and would be there whenever needed.  He will be dearly missed.

My thoughts and prayers are with his family during this time.

I was fortunate to have a brief time with Paul serving as my leadership coach. He left several impressions on me that helped me to think more deeply about myself and how I show up differently- not only at work but in the world. What I admire most is that his faith was evident in his service and spirit. I am better because of Paul and strive to push his legacy forward.
Paul and I were meeting frequently in the last 6 months as I was a new leader in the IT department. He had such a way of helping you see all perspectives in situations and take ownership of your part in the story. He encouraged me to challenge the status quo and let me voice be heard. He truly was such a gift to me in my new career and I cannot thank him enough for all he taught me. What a legend he was. Thinking of his family during this unimaginable time.
Paul was a wonderful mentor for me. In my 4 years of working with him he taught me so much and helped me grow tremendously as an individual and a leader. He taught me so many valuable lessons and there just aren't words to convey how much he meant to me. I know that he loved his family as we often exchanged stories and laughs over our kids. I will miss him greatly. To his family, you were his pride and joy. My heart goes out to you all.

Paul has been mentoring me for the past 8 months in a leadership class. He has been amazing, and I have learned so much about myself and how to be a stronger leader!  I will never forget him and his advice to me, to make sure I share how I feel and show I am not a push over! Strength and resilience are important and confidence that you are worth it is something he showed me are important traits as a leader and I really appreciated his great guidance.

Thank you, Paul, I will never forget you!

I was lucky to work with Paul for 19 years at leadershipForward.  I think I am still in a bit of shock. Paul was a wonderful man and it is still such a shocking loss.   Even though we all worked from home, I saw Paul at several company meetings through the years.  Paul was always talking about his family, was even keeled and at times very funny.   I think about his family every day, as their loss is hard to imagine. I will miss him so much.
