Paul “Dougie” Lewis Jr. of Birnamwood, WI passed away on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at Weston Saint Clare’s Hospital at 49 years old.
Paul was born in St. Louis, MO on August 26, 1970 and was raised in Bellevue, OH. He was the firstborn, of Paul D. Lewis Sr. and Patsy (Bounds) Lewis. Paul graduated with the class of 1988 at Bellevue High School. He served in the United States Air Force from 1988-1992. On …
