Santee – Paul Howie, 81, A man of strong faith, a Marine, and loved by many, went home to his Lord and Savior on March 20, 2020. He was a talented craftsman, a finish carpenter, an accomplished licensed contractor, an avid nature lover, and a Deacon for 33 years. Originally from Danville, Illinois, from a large family of 22, he moved to Santee in 1970. He is survived by the love of his life, Joy …
