I sadly never had the opportunity to meet Mr. Gripper but I knew his daughter and I know that in my heart, she has all the best parts of him. Her love, her humor, her passion and dedication are all extensions of him and the life that he lived. My prayers are with the Gripper family. May you all find peace and comfort during this very difficult time.

Paul was the most genuine and giving individual i met in the Phily basketball scene! My deepest sympathies to Joey, Ashley, Paulie and all of his family! Paul will be missed! Especially by the youth in Philadelphia basketball. "Rest Easy Paisan"
