Paul Fowler, age 50, of Osceola, Pa passed away unexpectedly on January 17, 2026 at his residence. He was born in Coudersport, Pa to Devere (Chip) Fowler and Mary Burkhouse (Pond). He attended Cowanesque Valley High School. He was a laborer for many companies over the years, doing jobs such as tree trimming, construction, roofing, and maintenance. Paul enjoyed riding dirt bikes, fishing, spending time with friends and family and he was a lover of …
