Paul Fowler, age 50, of Osceola, Pa passed away unexpectedly on January 17, 2026 at his residence. He was born in Coudersport, Pa to Devere (Chip) Fowler and Mary Burkhouse (Pond). He attended Cowanesque Valley High School. He was a laborer for many companies over the years, doing jobs such as tree trimming, construction, roofing, and maintenance. Paul enjoyed riding dirt bikes, fishing, spending time with friends and family and he was a lover of animals, especially his dog. He was preceded in death by his mother Mary Pond and is survived by his father, Devere (Chip) Fowler (Kelly Potter), siblings Wendy Turmel of Zephyrhills, FL , Joshua Pond of Harrisburg, PA, Rhonda Farrell (Donnie) of Painted Post, NY, and Bruce Hallock of Campbell, NY, two sons, Cameroin Lefever of Hamlet, NC and Colbe Fowler of Spring Brook Township, PA, and special niece and nephew Nic Roe and Marissa Mesuch of Zephyrhills, FL, as well as many other family members and dear friends.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
