Paul Lynn Feltz was born in Dekalb November 8 1969. He graduated from Dekalb high school in 1987. Paul worked at Barb City Manor among other places. Passed away at Kish hospital in Dekalb on November 11 2022. Surviving family members are his mom, brother , wife and son.
