Patty was born to Shelvin and Gladys Syverson (Tatley) on June 28, 1955 in St. Paul, MN. Patty met her husband Arthur in February 1988 and married on May 5, 1989 . Throughout her entire life, she held an unwavering faith in God, which she shared with those who surrounded her. Proceeded in death by her father Shelvin Syverson. She is survived …
