Patsy Mardell Drowns, 75, of Marquette Heights, passed away on March 16, 2019 with family by her side.

She was born to James and Katherine Sally on July 15,1943, in Beardstown, IL. Patsy married the late Frank Drowns in 1962. She is survived by her six children: Donnie (Ruth) Drowns, Janet (Mike) Kalb, Randy Drowns, Mary (Paul) Jordan, James (Carrie) Drowns and Chris Drowns of Peoria.
