Patsy's obituary
She was born to James and Katherine Sally on July 15,1943, in Beardstown, IL. Patsy married the late Frank Drowns in 1962. She is survived by her six children: Donnie (Ruth) Drowns, Janet (Mike) Kalb, Randy Drowns, Mary (Paul) Jordan, James (Carrie) Drowns and Chris Drowns of Peoria. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her grandaughter.
Patsy enjoyed spending time with her family, friends, and animals. She was an avid bingo lover. She leaves behind great memories
There will be a visitation held on Wednesday March 20,2019 from 1 to 3pm at Schmidt-Haller, 1625 W. Candletree Dr. Peoria. Celebration of life will be held the same day beginning at 4pm at the AMVETS Post 169, 660 Radio City Dr. Pekin, IL 61554. If you would like to bring a covered dish it would be greatly appreciated.
