Patrick's obituary
Patrick Derriel Spikes, 77, late of Oberlin, Louisiana, passed away February 19, 2019, in Sanford, Florida. Pat was born in Panama City, Florida March 17, 1942.
Survivors include his sons, Patrick Jr. and Darren, three grandchildren, and siblings Helen Waters of Houston, Texas, Marilyn Ward of Houston, Texas, Carol VanGerena of Northwood, New Hampshire, Wanda Palacios of Waco, Texas, and Roger Spikes of Spring, Texas.
In his youth, Pat aspired to be a Pastor, and was a lifelong Christian.
Pat was a Master Mason and an independent automobile dealer in Houston before retiring and moving to Oberlin.
He was a very good man, possessed of an active man and unnatural strength.
He will be missed greatly.
