I think about Pat all the time. From being in Winco and seeing that Ice cream Pat would have me get him or the red vines. I think almost every time anyone even mentions a Les Paul I think of Pat and I am playing the guitar that was with him in the end. It was about 2019? I had went to Wenas lake and caught a very nice bass , however, I had a problem getting out. My car had hit a rock that broke my fuel line. The same day may dad had a pallet fall of his head so he was not available. Pat came with His Son Rowdy. After towing my car out to the store parking lot we drove in to Selah and got some parts and then drove back in to get more parts and it took all day. It meant a lot to me and I tried to return that favor many times over. I knew Pat since about 1989. His sobriety Birthday was the day after My dad's except 3 years later. We were both in the trucking Industry except I was a driver and I did take at least one load for him. Probably more but I remember him telling me I couldn't smoke on that Customers warehouse property. We had many times at Jams together and I have many memories that also include eating , fishing, just talking about fishing , football and the grace of God.... and I never did understand exactly how the dark humor works but I did press him enough to known there was a limit. Honestly, I'm still grieving. I love you Pat and I will always remember you.
Dear, dear Layci. Cheers to the man who gave us you.
