Patrick James Keefe, 87, passed away peacefully on February 23, 2024. His loving heart left a beacon of light for all who knew him.

Patrick enjoyed the simple things in life. He loved spending time with his family and friends, motorcycles, antique cars and tractors, his pets, relaxing on the porch, and silly jokes. His smile was like sunshine.

He was born December 11th, 1936, in Trenton, Ohio, to Edward and Agnes (Schwallie) Keefe. He married his beautiful bride, Wanda, in 1963. Patrick retired from the Middletown Police Department after 27 years of service. When not on duty, he could be found on his tractor working the farm and tending to the animals. In retirement, he became a truck driver and greatly enjoyed his travels.

Patrick will most be remembered for his true and selfless dedication to his family. He is preceded in death by his beautiful wife of 51 years, Wanda (Spencer) Keefe, his parents, and sisters, Evelyn Keefe and Loretta Arndt. He is survived by his son, James (Cathy) O’Keefe; his daughter, Erica (Thomas) Lokai; sister, Kathleen Arnold; and grandchildren, Nicholas Lokai, Carlie O’Keefe, Eva Lokai, and Millie Lokai. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews whom he cared for deeply.

A private ceremony will be held Monday, April 15th, 2024 at West Chester Cemetery, in West Chester Township, Ohio.
