Patrick John Graff passed away at age 60 with his wife by his side.

He spent his time on Earth being a devoted, loving husband. He was a supportive, encouraging, silly dad, and a proud grandparent. He loved his family, and everything he did was for them. He took his family to all the fun and beautiful places he could. His children will forever cherish memories of wonderful holidays, trips to the zoo, playing in the sun, and working hard with their dad.

Patrick is survived by his wife Roxanne; his children Thorn, Hanna (Cole), and Kyle (Dakota); his grandchildren Natalie and Charlotte; his older brothers Joe, Mike, Bob, and Jake; and his beloved dog, Zoe.

Preceded in death by his Mother and Father, Anna and Norman Graff. 

A visitation to celebrate his life will be held at St. Catherine’s Catholic Church (W359 N8512 Brown St, Oconomowoc) from 2-4:00pm with provisions to follow at Private Party (formerly known as Tom and Di’s)
