Patrick's obituary
Patrick Hill Forman, a beloved husband, father, and friend, unexpectedly passed away peacefully at his beloved home in Woodinville on July 15th at the age of 71. Pat was known for his unwavering kindness, relentless work ethic, and deep love for his family.
Born on July 13, 1953, Pat grew up in a close-knit community where he developed a reputation for his dedication and generosity. He spent over four decades working in construction, where his commitment to excellence earned him respect from colleagues and clients alike. His work was not merely a profession but a reflection of his character—steady, reliable, and heartfelt.
Pat’s true joy came from his family. He cherished his wife, Jan, whom he married in 1979, and their three children, Katie, Dave and Dana. His love for them was evident in every aspect of his life. He enjoyed family gatherings, Levi’s races, restoring cars with Dave, golf, music and Jan’s cooking. Pat’s presence was a constant source of strength and warmth.
He is remembered not only for his professional accomplishments but for his quiet, steadfast support and the way he made everyone feel valued. His kindness extended beyond his immediate family to all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Pat is survived by his loving wife Jan, his children Katie & Jeb, Dave & Chantal, Dana and his grandson Levi. He is also survived by his siblings and numerous nieces and nephews, all of whom were touched by his generosity and love.
A celebration of life will be held at the Ballard Elks Lodge August 24th 2024, at 12pm where friends and family will gather to honor a man whose life was defined by his devotion to those he loved. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that pictures and favorite Pat stories be shared to Dana.hill.forman@gmail.com
Pat’s legacy of love, hard work, and kindness will continue to inspire all who knew him. He will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by all who had the honor of being part of his life.
