Patty was a light to me. She was kind and thoughtful and I just love her so much! I miss her and also feel her in my heart.
Patty was a friend I met through Landmark.  What I later found out is she created a non profit that helped some various challenged people that almost certainly would have been gladly overlooked by most.  I had a friend that had traumatic incidents that brought him to that category.  Patty gave me her time and coaching on how to help him.  He is back on his feet and is paying it forward to others in his retirement now. He has driven cancer patients to their appointments, took sick animals to veterinarians as part of a volunteer group, driven for meals on wheels and baby cuddling at a NICU.  While Patty is gone the ripples of the difference she made is still touching the lives of others.

My name is Sam Jaber and I met Patricia about 12 years ago at my place of business in San Francisco. We made a connection that day and she shared with me that she runs a business to help seniors with their social security. She gave me her card and I placed it in my wallet and 6 years later I came to Sacramento area and I pulled out that card and called her up. She was delighted to invite me to come see her in her office on Fulton Street. She was so happy to see me and it felt like we had been connected since the day we met. No time had passed. From that day I started calling her sister. There was a time when I needed her expertise and she jumped at the opportunity to help me. Every time I came to Sacramento I would call on her. One day we went to OBO to share lunch together - I enjoyed that day very much. I kept checking in with her and one day she told me that she was sick. I was so sad to hear it because I knew the impact she had on many many people’s lives including my own. She never ever didn’t take my call - even when she was sick. My heart will always hold her near to me and I pray that she will be remembered by many for all that she did in this world. May her memory be a blessing to all.
I was saddened by the news of Patty's passing.

There is so much to say, and so much to share……

11 years ago, I walked in the CEPS office for an interview not knowing the impact Patty and Jasmine would have on my life. They both welcomed me with open arms without any hesitation the same way they did for the 2000 clients we serve daily. They trusted me to manage one of their offices and it has been an honor to stand with them both while serving and changing the lives in our community. Patty held space for people with such grace, she was a demonstration of how everyone should be treated and loved. Patty was a force in the community and people’s lives instantly got better when she stood with them, this includes mine as well. Many hearts feel heavier today with the loss of such an incredible person, but I know without a doubt Jasmine will continue her legacy and continue to touch the lives in our community. What an honor it was to know Patty, the last 11 years have been an incredible journey. We love and cherish you Patty, until next time.

My wife, Patti and I had great conversations with Patty. Patty and my wife, Patti, were born one day apart in 1954. The two of them had common souls and got along great.

Patty was a force that helped disadvantaged people. Not only with their situation but personally.

Patty is an example of what people should aspire to be, kind and helpful to those she met

We will miss you Patty.

Love

Patti and Jerry

I was so sorry to hear about Patty's passing. She was such a  loving person who cared about all and helped people  in need.  She is now helping in heaven.

I miss you Patty

I am very grateful for the opportunity to connect with my cousin Patty later in life. I have many fond memories of visiting my Aunt Elaine and her family as a child and always remember Patty to be calm, kind and easy-going. Over recent years I had the chance to visit with Patty at our Suquamish Tribal events and also at some of my music shows where she came to hear me sing. I wish I'd had the chance to know her more through the years. I'm so glad that she's had her loving daughters Jasmine and Karisma to support her and carry on her legacy. May she rest in Heaven.
The world has lost a wonderful person. Patty was a super loving, giving, helpful, compassionate soul and the best sister-in-law I could have asked for. I will miss our phone calls where we discussed the world, what shows to watch, how the kids and grandkids were, health findings and family memories. Miss you so much.
