I just discovered that Pat had passed away last year.  I’m so sorry for your great loss.  I worked with Pat at the Joslin Center at NBGH.  She was such a wonderful caring person.  She talked about her family often.  She’s definitely in Heaven.  R.I.P.  Pat.  ❤️

My condolences to all the family. The world has lost a truly beautiful soul. I am friends with Kristen so was lucky enough to meet Pat quite a few times over the years. She was so thoughtful and caring, even when life got so tough for her she still thought of others. Receiving a gift from her just a few months ago for my new baby was such a lovely surprise. Pat opened her home to Sarah and I when we visited America and we will always have such amazing memories of that trip. I know she loved her children and grandchildren so very much, am thinking of you all and wishing you strength and peace at this difficult time
