It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Patricia "Patty" Smith on November 15, 2015. Born on June 12, 1945, Patricia led a life full of love, laughter, and cherished memories.

Though often known as Patty, she took great pride in her given name, Patricia. With a warm heart and a constant smile, she touched the lives of everyone around her. Her fierce devotion to her family, especially her beloved daughter, Vanessa Smith, will no doubt leave an indelible mark on those who knew her.

As we mourn her loss, we celebrate the extraordinary life she lived and the joy she brought to countless individuals. May Patricia's light continue to shine within the hearts of her family, friends, and all those who were fortunate enough to have known her.
