Pat Smith, 75, of Peoria, AZ, passed away on March 29, 2026, surrounded by love. She was known by everyone who met her as someone who was truly kind, welcoming, and selfless. She had a natural way of making people feel seen, supported, and cared for. Whether it was offering help, sharing what she had, or simply being there when someone needed her, she gave of herself freely and without hesitation. She was also quick to forgive, choosing compassion and understanding in even the most difficult moments.

She was loving, resourceful, and deeply devoted to her family, always finding ways to bring people together and keep those she loved connected. Her presence was a steady source of comfort and strength, and she played a meaningful role in holding her family close through all of life’s moments.

She is survived by her husband, Wayne Smith; her children, Mike and Nicole Smith (Zack and Rainey), Jennifer Smith (Elijah, Jerry, and Brooklyn), Genea Rodriguez (Vanessa, Andrea, Andre, and Valentina), and Ashley Smith; along with numerous extended family members and loved ones.

She was very deeply loved and will be missed more than words can express by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

A celebration of life will be held at a later time. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you honor her memory by showing kindness to others, just as she always did.
