Patricia Hendricks-Coster, 88, of Knoxville, Tennessee, passed away on September 15, 2022 suddenly due to heart complications.

  Patricia was born on May 1, 1934 to Robert and Mary in Knoxville, TN. After graduating from Knoxville Highschool she went on to study Business at the University of TN. After graduation, she continued to work for Jim Pancero Incorporated.
  
  In early 2000, she met Barry Coster, and they wed in 2005, going on to share Barry's two children, Brian and Barry. Patricia never had children of her own so she decided to dedicate her life to being a fantastic and wonderful step mother. Patricia excelled at propping up unexpectedly and supporting them through the many passions and difficulties of their lives. Whether that was a simple call, hug, or casserole she tried to help through difficult time and she made it her mission to improve the lives of others.
  
  Patricia was a passionate about helping others and when she wasn’t filling her home with warmth and kindness, she devoted 30 years to helping troubled youth by becoming a foster parent. She was a God fearing woman who we all will deeply miss. Patricia was predeceased by her mother, father, and younger brother Chuck. She is survived by her husband Barry, two step sons Brian and Barry. She also has a grandson Ryan, granddaughter Katie, and a single great grandson Lliam. A quiet memorial will be held at Cades Cove. Patricia would want us to celebrate her life. It will take  place on Monday September the 19 at 9 am until 10 am.
