Patrice was my 1st love

She was such a beautiful person inside and out. May she rest in peace. I will always cherish the memories.

I'm deeply saddened by Patrice's passing. I was never able to meet her face to face, but I quickly fell in love with her bubbly and positive personality over the phone. I could always hear the smile on her face when we spoke, regardless of the circumstances. I am honored to have been a part of her care team and will miss hearing her sweet voice. I'd like to send my condolences to her lovely family. She spoke of you often and indeed loved her grandbabies. I wish her peace and softness as she travels into the beyond.

We met just a little over a year ago.  I miss her so but I am forever grateful that we had that year of a beautiful friendship. Her smile, her warmth and her love live in my heart forever.

What a perfect capture of a shooting star. We loved her so here at her Kensington home, and all of you who are a part of our hearts forever.

My condolences to all Polack brothers and sisters, and Patrice’s family.  Her infectious smile and love of life will be missed.
