Pat Alan Cook, 65, passed away Thursday, March 15, 2018, at his home in West Jordan, Utah. Pat was born on July 20, 1952 in Mammoth Hot Springs, Wyoming, to James Ronald Cook and Geneil Collett Cook. He graduated from Kearns High School in 1970, and in 1971 enlisted in the United States Navy, where he served as Machinist Mate on the USS Brooke.
