It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Parnell Lloyd Sylvester, who transitioned on May 9, 2025, at the age of 63. Born on August 17, 1961, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Parnell was the eldest of five children to Pastor Lloyd and Betty Sylvester. He was a father, grandfather, brother, uncle, nephew and friend whose presence left a lasting impact on those who knew him.
