My deepest condolence to Mike, his children and the Vacik family.  Praying for all.

I am so sorry to hear about Pam.  I did not realize her cancer had come back to that extent.  I know you will all miss her.

Words cannot express how much she meant to me during the years you all lived on Red Bank Rd.  In some of the hardest years of my life, she was a support every step of the way.  She saw strength in me that I didn't see in myself, and her encouragement meant everything.  She will be missed..

“Three things will last forever—faith, hope, and love—and the greatest of these is love.” 1 Corinthians‬ ‭13‬:‭13‬ ‭NLT‬‬

I believe that Pan lived her life intent on these 3 principles.

Faith:

Every aspect of her life reflected faith. She boldly talked about it with her family, friends, other cancer patients, medical professionals or anyone she encountered that needed encouragement. She placed her faith in God first, her family whom she valued their support and opinions, and lastly in the medical community.

Hope:

Every time I spoke with Pam, she talked about her hopes and dreams for her children and grandchildren. She was very proud of each of you, Matthew, Alison, David, and Amy. She loved helping you build a future.

Pam also put great hope in any and all treatments available for her cancer. She fought this battle valiantly! She was committed to seeing this thing through to the very end. She understood the meaning of at all costs but also knew that the ultimate outcome was in the power of God healing touch.

Love:

“And the greatest of these is Love. “. Pam loved without boundaries. Everyone who came into her life was treated not only with respect but with love. She would give of herself with a helping hand, financially, and a word of encouragement. This was her greatest gift.

She was like a sister to me in the 6 years I knew her. We met by chance but knitted our hearts together by these 3 shared principles- faith, hope, and love. You will be missed my friend!

Pam with Mike's gentle giant Millie — with Pam Hennigan
Pam was a dear friend of mine in elementary school in Fargo. We biked back and forth to one another's homes all the time.  It was a delight to reconnect with her on FB, and be able to share a bit of our adult lives with one another.  Her loving presence has touched so many lives, most of all yours (her family). She will be missed.
Sending my condolences to Pam's family - though I was unable to meet her, I know the world feels a bit more empty especially after reading all of her efforts - she had the biggest heart! Sending Debbie and the family big love, hugs, and prayers at this difficult time.
