Pamela Riggs, 64, of Oklahoma City, OK, passed away on September 17, 2022 peacefully while she slept.
Pamela was born on July 14th 1958 to Paul Gene Riggs and Norma Faye Laughlin in New Braunfels, Texas. She leaves behind her daughter, Shannon Creason of Oklahoma City, OK, Brother, Ronald Lane Riggs of San Antonio Texas, Sister, Paula Holcomb of Castle Rock Colorado and Step Mother, Patsy Louise Riggs of Oklahoma City. Pamela was predeceased by her Son, Christopher Shawn Riggs, Father, Paul Gene Riggs, and Mother, Norma Faye Laughlin. There will be a celebration of life at Cole Community Center in Oklahoma City, OK at 1 pm on November 21st 2022. She was an absolutely beautiful person inside and out that will be missed dearly.
