Pamela was born on July 14th 1958 to Paul Gene Riggs and Norma Faye Laughlin in New Braunfels, Texas. She leaves behind her daughter, Shannon Creason of Oklahoma City, OK, Brother, Ronald Lane Riggs of San Antonio Texas, Sister, Paula Holcomb of Castle Rock Colorado and Step Mother, Patsy Louise Riggs of Oklahoma City.
