Otis Mattox, Jr. was born in Tampa, FL on March 15, 1964, to the parents of Otis Mattox, Sr., and Vertie Bell Baker Mattox in Tampa. Coupled with his parents, he enjoyed having fun times with sisters Delores Baker and Yvonne Baker; each preceded him in death and will be remembered as a blessing.
