On Monday, August 15, 2022, Oscar D. Giraud Jr. passed away at his home in Boston, loving father to three children.

He was born April 7, 1954 to loving parents Zoila and the late Oscar Giraud Sr. He was the loving father of Adrianne (Giraud) Zink and her husband John, Jared and Ryan Giraud. Special abuelito to Ethan Zink, Shea and Troy Giraud. He is survived by his siblings Jeannette, Omar, and Ingrid Giraud, Miriam Rodrigues and Irene McGill. He leaves behind many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Oscar was educated in the Boston school system. In the late 1970’s he graduated from Mansfield Beauty Academy. He then went on to own Giraud and Company in Kenmore Square. Oscar later moved his salon to Newbury Street in Boston. He was an outstanding stylist.

He always believed that life was a daring adventure or nothing at all. Oscar lived it all.

Funeral services will be private and open to family only.
