Oscar Raul Cervantes was born on February 25, 1939 to Manuel Adolfo Cervantes Marquez and Julia Elena Tapia Bernal in Arequipa- Peru. He was the youngest of six children.
Oscar was married to Amalia Quinones, he was father to Mayu, Oscar (Karen), and Anahi Mercedes and a grandfather to Evelyn, Julia and Olivia.
