Born to Amos and Linnie Lowe on May 3rd 1939 in the small town of Rocksprings Alabama. He was the 6th of 9 children.
He grew up in Glencoe AL, entered the Navy at age 17, and continued working at Naval Air Station in Alameda. Retired after 22 year's working civil service. A resident of Gridley for 34 year's passed away on June 4th 2021
Preceded in death by 7 siblings and 1 grandchild.
Survived by one sister June Lowe
3 children O. Ray Jr., Vickie, and Rayliza
3 grandchildren Jason, Evelyn, and Jacqueline and
1 great great granddaughter
