Preston gave me this a a gift. He said " I drew this for you". I thought he was kidding. Until then I never knew he was such an incredible artist. Preston is a kind and enlightened soul. Love ya P!
I have so many wonderful memories with Preston and am so happy to have been a part of his life. He was a kind soul and a bright light. He made everyone around him smile and was always smiling himself! He will be missed tremendously but I know he is in great company, as always. My deepest condolences to his family and loved ones.
I am so sorry that I will not be able to attend! I am sending my love and deepest sympathy to Preston’s friend and family! He was truly a beautiful soul with the sweetest most kindest disposition ever! My heart is broken! 💔I will forever hold him dear in my heart! I love you all! Please hug each for me! ♥️🙏🏼😘
I will always remember you laugh and smile and your abliity to make others laugh! I am glad we were able to share some good memories, take some trips, and hear some great music together. My heart goes out to Brook and your whole family! You will be missed!

My fondest memories with Preston took place in our room at Anderson College, just hanging out with a various cast of characters that sometimes included Gia DeLuca, Mark “ Baloney” Maloney and Sammy Tutt ( the friendly neighborhood wino homeless dude who we adopted) Just drawing, listening to music ( inevitably The Greatful Dead or Pato Banton or Reggae Sunsplash 83) laughing, telling jokes or stories. Preston loved to tell stories about things he saw or things that happened to him while he was on tour with the Greatful Dead. Always that had a super natural element to the story or some sort of cosmic coincidence. I remember his big Chinese Eyes would light up as he got to the cosmic punch line! I lost touch with Preston for many years as we lived our lives but he got back in touch with me about 9 years ago and we would talk or text back and forth.... He came to visit me in Austin, Texas a few years ago and we went to a couple of Wide Spread Panic shows, had a few nice dinners and a few really great bottles of wine together. And it was if we never skipped a beat. He was a great soul brother to me and I will miss him dearly! We had some sailing adventures planned for the future and it breaks my heart that he is gone... My heart goes out to his family who are grieving now. Take good care my beautiful friend and remember: “If you get confused, listen to the music 🎶 play” miss you buddy
