Olga Palma Mariotti went home to be with the Lord on February 6, 2021 at the age of 97.
Olga was born to Rose and Leonard Netti on December 24,1923, in Woodbridge Township, New Jersey. She was the third child of nine. Olga remembered joyfully helping her mom in the kitchen and entertaining the younger children.
Olga met Angelo Mariotti at a Bible conference and after dating for some time, they were married in Methuen Mass on June 8, 1946. They went on to have three sons, Leonard, Gary and Daniel. The couple settled in Torrington, Ct where they served and worshipped the Lord for 40 plus years.
In addition to being a dedicated wife and mother, Olga enjoyed playing the piano, painting beautiful landscapes, sewing and baking. She was an avid entertainer and cook and was always preparing for a house full of guests.
After the homecall of her husband, she remained in Torrington at their homestead for 13 years. She, then, along with her sister Yolanda, moved to Pittsboro Christian Village, Pittsboro , NC where she resided until her death. She continued to surround herself with Christian fellowship. She was sure not to miss her Bible study, game playing, or puzzle building activies. Olga was a people person!
