Octavia Williams, 48, of Dunmore, passed away unexpectedly on Nov. 9.
She was born in Brooklyn, New York, daughter of the late Woodrow Williams Jr. and Maggie McRae. She graduated from Franklin K. Lane High School and worked as a CNA who enjoyed helping others.
She was a loving mother to her children and spent most of her time helping family and friends.
