Norman E. Savage, 81, died Monday, February 17, 2020 at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Lewiston, ID following a 16-year battle with cancer. “Bud” was born in Lowell, MA on April 17, 1938. He was a graduate of the Lowell Technical Institute in Lowell, MA in the field of carpentry. He served his country in the U.S. Army from late 1961 to late 1963 as an Army Tank Mechanic and was honorably discharged. He …
