It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Norman B. Mills. Norman was born on July 27, 1934, in Terre Haute, Indiana and departed from us on July 9, 2023, at Lake Wylie, South Carolina. He was an extraordinary man whose life was marked by his outgoing and friendly nature. Norman never met a stranger, and his presence had a way of making anyone feel at ease.
