Norma Alice Thompson was born February 25, 1926, in Grand Forks, ND, to Arthur and Alice Halvorson Askegard. She was one of 8 siblings - Leona, Donna, Warren, Donald, Charles, Vernon and their older half-brother, Lloyd. She passed away October 20, 2022, in Seattle Washington at the age of 96.
