In January 2022 Norma started feeling fatigued and not quite right. Her doctor was covinced it was a virus, eventually an MRI was done which showed a lot of small stroke activity. A nurologist review thought it was related to her heart, but she continued to decline and on February 10, 2022, family was able to have her taken to a better hospital for answers which is when Norma found out she had multiple cancerous masses in her body which turned out to be an extremely rare and aggressive cancer. She rapidly deteriorated as he body developed an autoimmune response that slowly shut her nervous system down until she passed away February 28, 2022.

Norma Lund, 74, of Lakeville, MN, peacefully passed away on February 28, 2022. Norma was born on December 21, 1947 to Max and Oradell Kipfmueller in Michigan. Norma was passionate about teaching and loved what she did for a living. She retired in 2001 after 31 years of teaching in Minneapolis. While retired, Norma had time to pursue many various things. She worked at the Lakeville Target for 10 years as a hobby until she …
