Psalms 116:15 says
Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his saints.
My relationship with Norma (Dear) goes back to when we met and were introduced as first cousins, two bothers’ children. I also knew cousin Dear to be a dedicated Christian who trusted God in her daily walk.
When I first heard that she had health challenges and was admitted to the hospital, I called every day, gave her the Word of the Lord and prayed with her. As time went on she was hospitalized again, but this time she said that the doctors told her that they could not do anything else and her word to them was thank you but God is in charge. I further learned that she was doing well, even driving at one point and I was so delighted. But that soon changed….
My cousin was hilarious, being around her was fun, she would say things that made you laugh but she was serious.
Cousin is in THE BEST PLACE. “I know that the Lord will give friends and family the much-needed comfort and peace during this time.
Losing someone we love is never easy, but we must be thankful for, the beautiful moments and memories we shared with them. Cousin Dear was a beautiful and kind soul, and she will not be forgotten.
From the Clare’s family: Eugene, Rosetta, Keisha, Tazy, Eugene II, Lauren and Jurgen.
Much love and blessings from THE BAHAMAS.
Norma was my friend and sister. She was always cheerful and positive. She spoke thoughtfully and wisely. We spent many Saturday afternoons in prayer in Jamaica when the need arose.
I give God thanks for her life and pray the peace of God will cover Clarence and all the family.
Condolences to Bro. David and his family.
May you find comfort in the arms of the Lord. We give our loved ones back to God. And just as He first gave them to us and did not lose them in the giving, so we have not lost them in returning them to Him. From: Mabel, Kingston, Jamaica

My condolences go out to the Lindsay family I’m praying for GOD’S comfort and strength during this hard time... I had the pleasure of spending a lot of time with the Lindsay family as an adolescent... Mrs. Lindsay always showed me nothing but love and always made me feel like I was part of the family and I will forever be grateful... Your love was one of a kind and I know that GOD has welcomed you home... You will be missed by many... Gone but never forgotten 🙏🏽

Looking back and remembering when sister Norman held my hand and whispered in my ear saying, "you will be fine" she was referring to my concern as a new assistant WM coordinator.  She reassured me that I will never be alone. She had her own way of putting you at ease and I love her for that.  She will be missed greatly.
May our Beloved Sister, Norma E. Lindsay rest in the bosom of her Creator. And the Lord keep and strengthen the bereaved family. For the Word says those who die in the Lord will rest from their labor and their deeds will follow them.
My dear sister Lindsay you are gone but will never be forgotten. Your beautiful smile, your faithfulness to the Lord, and the lovely woman you were will forever be in our hearts. My condolences to your family. I pray the Lord comfort you all and gives you strength to get through this difficult time of grief. May loving memories of her ease your pain daily. Sleep in peace my sister until we meet again on that glorious day. Ann Lawrence, and Sister Yvonne Lewis.

I pray Jehovah, God Almighty hold you all in His arms of comfort as He heal your hearts, grant you peace of mind and strength as needed throughout this season. Amen

My prayers are with you.🛐
Sis. Lindsay was a true believer. She loved The Lord and served Him with all her heart. As one of the pioneers who started the women's Minitry, she worked diligently for years. Even when her health started to decline, she made sure work in God's house still continued. We admired her dedication towards the work of God. She will be greatly missed. To elder Lindsay and the rest of the family, may the joy of The Lord be your strength. Glad Tidings Women's Ministry. Bronx NY.
My wife and I thank God for giving us the opportunity to know the Lindseys. May the Grace of God be with them at a time like this.

My husband and I remember the Lindsays when they first came to New York when we all attended Glad Tidings Church in the little house on Perry Ave. Sis Lindsay went to work in the church volunteering her services wherever they were needed. And that is how she always was. She will be missed, but i know she is doing what she loved best, worshipping her Lord at His feet. Condolences from Charles and Gail Walker and family.
I remember going to Sister Lindsay with an issue and she immediately took care of it, she was a caring, loving, and sweet spirit.
