Norma's obituary

Norma L. Cora passed peacefully on July 4th 2024.  She was survived by Steven Cora (Son), Shari Cora- Hoffman (Daughter-deceased) Denise Cora (Daughter) and Kevin Cora (Son).

She had 6 Grandchildren. Andrew, Christina, Kelly, Raven, Jessica and Danielle. She had 1 Great Granddaughter Hailey.

Norma was a radio personality  and emceed charity events in Highland Park, IL. She was also the Grand Marshall for the "Highwood Days Parade" in Highwood, IL.  She was known as "The Gal on the Go."

Norma graduated from Chester High School in 1948.  She moved to Illinois and worked for Western Union.  She met Lee Cora and they were married.  After their divorce, she moved to South Florida where she spent the rest of her days. Her favorite thing to say was: "Life is great!...I'm fantastic, BUT I'M GONNA GET BETTER (and you will too!!)."

Her favorite quote was "IF IT AIN'T BROKE DON'T FIX IT."
