Norma Jean Blanton, 78, passed away peacefully at Cottingham Hospice facility in Seneca, SC, on July 12, 2024. She was born on September 8, 1945, in Spartanburg, SC, to the late Ward C. Smith and Willie Mae Wright Smith.
Norma was predeceased by her two sisters, Peggy Hinnenkamp of Asheville, NC and Dorthy Lalla of Southington, CT, and her infant grandson, Nathaniel Klein. She graduated from Gwinn High School in Michigan in 1963. As a …
